Coalition – a voluntary, strategic, alliance … to enhance [our ability] to achieve a common purpose by sharing risks, responsibilities, resources and rewards. Coalitions are the most effective and efficient vehicle for community problem solving. Coalitions help enhance the community by creating positive change and promoting healthy lifestyles in the community.
What it takes to be a member:
- Commit time, expertise, in-kind service and support DADPP’s mission and strategies
- Sign a Partnership Agreement
- Attend Coalition meetings
- Actively assist with at least one Work Group
